39th Annual Town & Country Tour of Homes
Please join us for the 39th Annual Town & Country Tour of Homes, June 7-8, 2014! Proceeds from the 2014 event, presented by Bob Parks Realty, benefit the Heritage Foundation.
In honor of the sesquicentennial of the Battle of Franklin, this year’s tour will mostly feature homes and building standing during November 30, 1864. People lived or worked in each of those buildings, and all have stories to tell about the Battle of Franklin and its aftermath.
This year tour participants will enjoy costumed re-enactors at each of the sites, who will tell the stories of the Battle of Franklin as it relates to those homes or businesses, from the perspectives of the people who were there.
Those eyewitnesses never forgot the war, and this year’s tour goers will always remember the first-person stories that will make the 2014 Tour of Homes one of the most memorable events yet!
Participants may tour sites from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday & Sunday. Purchase a $30 ticket here.
