The Chestnut Group Art Show & Sale Benefiting The Battle of Franklin Trust

The Chestnut Group is a non-profit alliance of landscape artists and friends dedicated to the conservation and preservation of vanishing landscapes in Middle Tennessee. A portion of the funds earned from the sale of artwork, inspired by the region’s scenic richness, is made available to organizations that share a common vision: To preserve fragile local environments and historic properties.
Chestnut Group artists are painting at Carnton Plantation, The Carter House, Lotz House, Harrison House, Windermere, Eastern Flank Battlefield Park and other locations significant to Franklin’s history. You can take home your own original when the paintings are made available for purchase March 28-30. The Chestnut Group will donate a portion of the proceeds to The Battle of Franklin Trust.
