Craft and Car Show with Santa

Holiday shopping takes center stage at the 24th Annual Holiday Arts and Crafts Show and Kris Kringle Kar Klassic on November 1 and 2, 2014 at the Williamson County Ag Expo Arena. This annual family event is presented by the Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department and features an invitational car show along with great holiday shopping, plus visits and photos with Santa, and a community band concert.  Admission and parking are free.

On the arena’s mezzanine, over 140 vendors will be participating in the arts and crafts show, with unique, handmade gifts and goodies made by local crafters and artists. Bring a shopping list and choose from baby items, holiday decorations, vintage and repurposed gifts, jewelry, apparel, home décor, original art or pet items. The show is sponsored by the Children’s Academy, Darrell Waltrip Automotive Group, SportClips,  Elite Physical Therapy, Hampton Inn & Suites, Sam’s Club and Hyatt Place.

The Kris Kringle Kar Klassic, part of the holiday show since 2004, is celebrating eleven years of winners with a special display of the “Cream of the Crop” from past shows. In addition, the all-invitational show features 80 handpicked classic cars on the arena floor, spanning 100 years of automotive history. Car show visitors can vote for their favorites.

The Holiday Arts and Crafts Show and Kris Kringle Kar Klassic will be Saturday, November 1, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, November 2, from noon to 4 p.m. Admission is free, and the event includes the car and the craft show, both held indoors at the Williamson County Ag Expo Arena, 4215 Long Lane, (I-65, exit #61) in Franklin. Parking is also free. Santa will be on hand for visits and photos ($3 per photo) on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The Williamson County Community Band will perform on Sunday at 2 p.m.
