Williamson County Fair
There’s plenty of free parking, a spacious air conditioned arena, great midway rides, and discounted tickets at local Tractor Supply and Daily’s Convenience Stores. This year, “The Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist” Shawn Klush, returns to the Main Stage on Saturday night, August 4th, in the air conditioned arena. Special tickets for that night are only $10 (includes $6 fair admission). The Main Stage entertainment opening night is Pearl Heart, with Elvis on Saturday, local favorite ‘60s band, Boomerang on Wednesday, The WannaBeatles on Friday and the last night features The BICHO Brothers’ Soul Sacrifice Santana Tribute.

In keeping with this year’s “Life On The Farm” theme, there’s “Thank A Farmer” magic show, Little 1’s Farming, Great American Frontier Show, hands on Agricultural shows and events, The Groove Club, Children’s Barnyard and live honey and ham curing demonstrations.
The Drew Expositions Midway features rides for kids of all ages. New this year is “The X-Factory” a long gondola that gives you a gliding sensation. There are also special ride ticket packages.

Weekend fireworks, balloon artist, “Fair Food ” and tons more of family fun. There is nightly Bluegrass music on the NISSAN Bluegrass Stage. Pageants, “Sing Your Heart Out” vocal competition, Gospel Night, and Grand O’l Country Night are also on the Main Stage.
Senior Day (55 +) is Aug. 5 and free thanks to HealthSpring. Patriot Day is Saturday the 11th and free to active and retired military with military ID. Tickets at the gate are $6 for adults, $3 for kids (3-12), same as last few years.
