Williamson County Parks and Recreation is pleased to present “Frank” an empowering new production by Nashville Ballet on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the Williamson County Performing Arts Center at Academy Park in Franklin, TN.
“Frank” is a modern-day story that explores dealing with differences and insecurities in teens. A disfigured young boy named Frank N. Stein goes to a new school and realizes he looks different than the other kids. As Frank navigates through the stereotypical cast of high school characters, he uncovers the insecurities that live within us all-and that we are more alike than we are different.
After the show, there will be a discussion for both parents and children with a family counselor with tips on how to empower teens when faced with social and emotional changes.
“Frank” will be presented at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 27 at the Williamson County Performing Arts Center at Academy Park, 112 Everbright Ave. in Franklin. The lobby will open at 5:00 p.m. and the house doors at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $12 for children 12 and younger, $18 for adults. To purchase tickets, go to http://academyparktn.wcparksandrec.com.
