Franklin, TN – The Franklin Art Scene Downtown Tour of the Arts begins Friday, September 2 as a monthly event for touring Franklin art galleries, boutiques and shops. The tour runs from 6 to 9 p.m. on the first Friday of every month. The Franklin Trolley will provide transportation with stops at participating locations.
