GET LUCKY AT PUP MEETUP ON FRIDAY THE 13TH

Plus: Rabies clinics continue on Saturday

Get lucky on Friday, April 13 at the Pup Meetup in downtown Franklin! Stop by the puppy kissing booth at the Visitor Center, 400 Main St., Suite 130 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. For a donation ($10 suggested) to Williamson County Animal Center, you can cuddle up with our lab/hound pups: Sir Franklin III, Will Am Son, Dolly, Carrie and Wynonna. All five pups will be available for adoption for $85 and a spay/neuter deposit (county residents only).  You can also purchase a delightful children’s book “My Dog Needs Me” (donated by Flower Pot Press) for a $10 donation to the animal center. Other adoptable dogs will be strutting on Main Street and in downtown businesses. Finnley’s, a boutique on Main St., will donate a portion of sales during the event to the shelter.

On Saturday, April 14, our community rabies clinics continue. They are open to the public and staffed by local veterinary clinics. Please bring cash or a check for payment.
