GET MAXIMUM RESULTS FROM SMALL GROUP TRAINING CLASSES

Looking for the latest, results-oriented workout?  Try small group training or the TRX suspension system every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the following locations beginning October 16: the Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill, 2909 Commonwealth Dr. (6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.); Williamson County Recreation Complex at Nolensville, 7250 Nolensville Rd. (7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.); and the Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Rd. (7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.).

Small group (4-8 people) classes are for those who want to be pushed hard, and include a variety of drills and equipment. New Concept D rowers are used along with traditional training and strengthening equipment. The TRX suspension system (used at the Longview and Nolensville locations) leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.  The small group training classes are walk-in only, and each session is $15.
