Hillsboro/Leiper’s Fork Recreation Center

The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department offers ongoing classes at the Hillsboro-Leiper’s Fork Recreation Center, located at 5325 Old Highway 96 in Leiper’s Fork. WCPRD is a public organization, here to benefit the community. No membership is required. Anyone can register for and participate in our classes – no facility pass is required. Registration is required for all classes.
Yoga
You don’t have to be in great shape to do Yoga! Instructor Suzi Ambar-Worrell leads adult students in stretching, toning and strengthening exercises to bring every “body” into great shape. Classes are on Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., September 4-25 (skip 9/18). Three classes for $45. Registration is required by calling 591-9274. Classes meet at the Hillsboro-Leiper’s Fork Recreation Center, 5325 Old Highway 96 in Leiper’s Fork.
TumbleWeeds
Instructor Erica Hardee assists Pre-K to Elementary-aged children in basic gymnastics exercises and movements on ongoing Mondays from 5  p.m. to 5:45 p.m., September 14-28 (skip 9/7). Cost is $52 per month. A discount price of $38 applies for each additional sibling. For registration and more information, contact Erica at 715-3958. Kids’ Ceramics
It’s time for fabulous fall ceramics for kids ages 3 and older. Bring in the fall season painting a ceramic piece that you choose.  Wear old clothes because it can be messy. Ceramics will be Thursday, September 17 from 5:15 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Hillsboro-Leiper’s Fork Recreation Center. Call 591-9274 to register.
