Do you want to lose body fat, change your mindset, firm or reshape your body, or increase muscle mass or metabolism? Get the most out of your workout by using a personal trainer from Williamson County Parks and Recreation. Certified personal trainers will design a workout program that is specific to your needs, coach you through the exercises, explain the equipment and provide the motivation you need to meet your goals. 

To schedule a consultation with a personal trainer, stop by or call the front desk at any of these six facilities:  the Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Rd. (615) 790-5719, ext. 2010; the Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill, 2909 Commonwealth Dr., (615) 302-0971, ext. 2210; the Indoor Sports Complex, 920 Heritage Way in Brentwood, (615) 370-3471, ext. 2110; the Fairview Recreation Complex, 2714 Fairview Blvd., (615) 799-9331, ext. 2310; the Williamson County Recreation Complex at Nolensville, 7250 Nolensville Rd., (615) 786-0200, ext. 2410; and the Williamson County Enrichment Center, 110 Everbright Ave. Fees for personal trainers are $15 for a consultation session, $35 per 30-minute session, $45 for 45 minutes and $55 for one hour.
