Pet of the week: Meet Calamity Jane

Calamity Jane is three years old. Her soft and fluffy tri-color coat is beautifully patterned and we love her large, soulful brown eyes. Before arriving at the shelter, Jane lived outside her entire life without much human interaction. Now that she is at WCAC, she has plenty of love and attention from the dedicated staff and volunteers who care for her every day. She did very well on her behavior assessment and is learning to trust people. She is very shy, but loves her daily walks. Jane especially enjoys spending time with her fellow shelter dogs and truly thrives in their company! Jane would love to have a doggy companion in her new home, along with a family who will be patient with her as she gains confidence and learns to trust.
