Franklin, TN, September 4, 2018 – Franktown Open Hearts is excited to announce its 10th Annual Fundraiser Dinner to take place on Tuesday, September 4th, 2018 at The Factory in Franklin.

Picture This! Franktown’s Annual Dinner is celebrating its 10th fundraiser dinner in the Williamson County community. This event highlights the accomplishments of the inner city youth served by Franktown and, during the program, a special surprise when Franktown marks a milestone by giving away its 25th car to a deserving young lady.

Founded in 2005 by Wayne Howell, Franktown Open Hearts seeks to reach out and break the cycle of generational poverty for youth in Franklin, TN. Franktown Open Hearts hosts programming 6 days a week, during which inner city youth are fed, learn new skills, and have the opportunity to learn about Jesus. This event raises about a third of their programming budget for the upcoming year and is crucial to the success of their ministry. “This event is so important to the life of our ministry. The kids have been rehearsing for months and are so excited to meet and interact with donors and guests. We have been able to keep the car giveaway under wraps and cannot wait to see the expression on the face of the young lady we are giving it away to,” comments Director of Program Operations, Crystal Tinnon.

This event will take place in Liberty Hall at The Factory in Franklin, 230 Franklin Rd, Franklin, TN 37064 on Tuesday, September 4, 2018. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the event will conclude at 8 p.m. Members of the press are welcome to arrive at 5 p.m. stay for the duration of the event.
