Stream Valley Ribbon Cutting

When developers of Stream Valley announced in March that 45 new families had placed contracts to purchase homes since August, it was cause for celebration for those watching the Williamson County new-home market.

Now the south Franklin neighborhood has given the community another reason to cheer: Stream Valley has announced the launch of its newly built fourth and fifth phases of development, which will add 60 new lots to the community located near the intersection of Goose Creek Bypass and Lewisburg Pike. This announcement also adds a new line of home plans for buyers to choose from.

“We’ve been very pleased with the level of interest and sales activity over the last several months, which has led to the opening of these two new phases,” said Alex Marks, senior vice president of Tower Investments, LLC. “Stream Valley’s prime location, community focus and competitive pricing make these homes a tremendous value for Williamson County.”

Stream Valley encompasses more than 345 acres, with nearly 50 percent of that set aside as open space. In addition to the intertwining Five Mile Creek, an antebellum carriage trail and sidewalks extending throughout the neighborhood, Stream Valley representatives say the development’s design was intended to promote the community-centered spirit of Franklin.

Each Stream Valley home, built by nationally recognized homebuilder Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR), caters to customers’ specifications through a variety of upgrade options. The builder is offering several home designs that can include as many as six bedrooms, four baths, up to a three-car garage and 4,400 square feet to choose from. Starting prices in these sections begin in the mid-$300s.

Representatives are on-site daily at the two model homes Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and Sunday and Monday from 1 p.m.-6 p.m. For more information, go to www.streamvalleyusa.com or facebook.com/streamvalleyfranklin, call (615) 946-6272 or stop by the sales center on Stream Valley Boulevard.

The 345-acre, mixed-use community includes 800+ lots surrounded by 45 percent open space and creeks running throughout the property.
