Summer Studio Program

Summer Studio Program

O’More College of Design’s annual Summer Studio program – a day camp that immerses students in digital media, design and fine art – is returning to campus with a new option for first through fifth graders.

A diverse course schedule ranging from intermediate drawing and painting to fashion design and digital self- portraits enables each student to craft a summer schedule tailored to their personal needs and interests. At the end of each session, students leave the Summer Studio with high quality art and design pieces worthy of a student portfolio. For the younger campers, courses in altered books, paper mâché and fashion jewelry design are geared to help inspire creativity and an appreciation for the arts.

Sessions for grades 6 through 12 will be held June 6-10 and July 18-22, while the session for grades 1 through 5 will be held June 20-24.

In addition, a culminating Summer Studio Gallery event allows students to experience the privilege of having their work shown to others. Judges select the best overall pieces for scholarships, financial awards, and other prizes.
