Supporting BrightStone through Sporting Clays at The 17th annual Dr. Craig Ferrell Memorial Cup

FRANKLIN, TN — The Dr. Craig Ferrell Memorial Cup Sporting Clays Event will benefit BrightStone as it continues to provide an innovative program for adults who have intellectual challenges and their families.  This by invitation only event is a clay shoot competition between teams consisting of five shooters per team. Sporting clays simulate the unpredictability of live-quarry shooting and offer a variety of trajectories, angles, speeds, elevations, distances, etc.

All sponsorships and donations support the wonderful mission of BrightStone. Founded in 1999, BrightStone’s highly acclaimed program offers comprehensive services including job training, social support, and a future residential community for adults with special needs, expanding their potential and helping them to develop mentally, physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

More than just a place to go, BrightStone offers adults with special needs a chance to have a life!

Dr. Craig Ferrell helped shape the vision of a unique campus where adults could live and work with the support they need. As a beloved member of the community, Dr. Ferrell began this Sporting Clays Benefit Shoot where a gathering of community leaders and friends honor his memory by supporting, BrightStone, an organization that was near and dear to his heart. This annual memorial shoot is organized each year by Mr. Scott Gentry, Dr. Rhea Holly, and Bob Clifft, and is held at The Gentry Farm Gun Club.

You can support this event by becoming a station sponsor. For $200, your name, organization, or business will be visible to the dozens of local leaders participating in this event.
