Trolley Parton, Puckett’s signature food truck is a part of the Columbia Farmer’s Fresh Market serving market patrons some of the restaurant’s most popular dishes.

Puckett’s will be serving breakfast and lunch every Saturday at Riverwalk Park in Columbia. Breakfast options will include sausage and bacon biscuits, breakfast burritos, and biscuits and gravy.  Lunch selections include BBQ pulled pork sandwiches and pork by the pound.“We are so excited to have Puckett’s offer a new and distinctive feature at our local farmers market,” said Kristi Martin, Columbia Main Street Executive Director and Director of the Columbia Farmers’ Fresh Market.

“The farmers market is a great chance for people to get a taste of what will be coming to Columbia early next year.  We are so looking forward to being part of the growing Downtown Columbia community,” said Trolley Manager, Christen Boyd.

Renovations to the newest Puckett’s location are currently underway in the space previously home to the Porter-Walker Company at 15 Public Square in Columbia’s historic downtown.  The restaurant will be similar to the Franklin and Nashville locations, as it will offer Puckett’s traditional Southern fare and be open seven days a week.

“Local foodies are anxiously awaiting the scheduled arrival of Puckett’s in our downtown district and what better way to give locals a taste of what’s to come than occasional appearances at our local farmers market,” said Martin. “They are the perfect fit to our home-grown venue given that they are about all things fresh.”

The Columbia Farmers’ Fresh Market takes full advantage of surrounding farms and features vendors selling honey, jams, eggs, hand-crafted items, cut flowers, baked goods, live plants, and lots of local produce sold directly from the farmer.
