TURKEY BURNER OFFERS HALF PRICE FITNESS CLASSES

Burn off extra calories November 24

 You can burn off some of those Thanksgiving Day calories at the Turkey Burner events offered by Williamson County Parks and Recreation on Friday, November 24. From 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., all exercise classes, included in the premium general admission walk-in fee, will be half price at the department’s six main facilities: the Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Road; the Indoor Sports Complex at 920 Heritage Way in Brentwood; the Fairview Recreation Complex, 2714 Fairview Blvd.; the Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill, 2909 Commonwealth Drive; the Williamson County Recreation Complex at Nolensville, 7250 Nolensville Rd.; and the Williamson County Enrichment Center, 110 Everbright Ave.

There will be a total of 34 classes offered at the six locations, including Aqua Fitness, Kettleballs, Yoga, Zumba, cycling, Silver Sneakers Classic and U-Jam.  During the Turkey Burner, the adult rate will be $4 per class, and the senior rate will be $2 ($2, adults and $1, seniors at the Enrichment Center).
