WCAR Comes Home

Last Tuesday, March 29, after more than 25 years of searching for a permanent home, the Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR) celebrated a ribbon cutting at 1646 Westgate Circle, Suite 104 in Brentwood, TN.  The WCAR worked with one of their members, Ron Kocina of Brentwood Brokers, LLC, to demo the old Joe’s Crab Shack and build a modern space.

The building was designed by Michael Hindman Architects and built by Southland Constructors. WCAR chose Jim Cross of Century Construction to, build out their interior space, which was overseen by the Association’s Building Committee.

“This building is something that we know the membership will be proud of” says Tiffany Cheuvront, WCAR Executive Vice President. “Many hours of work by many people went into every aspect of making our new location member friendly.”

The new location has a larger training and event center which boasts large spaces, the best technology and a catering kitchen space for event leasing. The space also includes a Realtor store and a patio overlooking the Westgate Circle water feature.

“We are thrilled to see this day come to fruition” says Danny Anderson, WCAR President. “So many people helped us get to this point and should receive credit for this accomplishment.”
