Nashville Health & Wellness Magazine announces Nashville’s largest and newest health, fitness and wellness event. The Nashville Health & Wellness Fest will open with a high-octane demo by Erin Oprea, celebrity fitness trainer and author of The 4×4 Diet, plus other exciting speakers, workshops and more than 200 exhibitors.
