A night of doggy fashion & fun with the Nashville Humane Association

Calling all people and their pups: Union Station Hotel is hosting a spring Yappy Hour in partnership with the Nashville Humane Association on Thursday, May 30 from 5 – 7 p.m. at the dog-friendly hotel. Canine attendees are encouraged to dress in their spring best for a doggy fashion show, which will be judged by Nashville’s most fashionable dog lover, Marcia Masulla, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Nashville Fashion Week. The pup voted “Best Spring Outfit” will receive a complimentary staycation at Union Station Hotel with their human owner. Secondary prizes include a dinner for two at Union Station Hotel’s lobby bar and restaurant, Carter’s.

The event will also feature adoptable puppies and adult dogs from the Nashville Humane Association, happy hour specials at Carter’s, a step and repeat with professional pet photographer Wendy Jo of WJ Photographyand more. The event is free and open to the public. A portion of all proceeds from Carter’s will benefit the Nashville Humane Association.

The Yappy Hour & fashion show will take place on the property’s outdoor veranda, weather permitting. Union Station Hotel asks that all dogs in attendance are spayed or neutered, properly leashed and up to date on shots. For more information, visit Union Station Hotel’s Facebook page here.

Union Station Hotel will offer discounted valet parking for $10 during the event. Valet parking is limited availability, and self-parking is also available behind the hotel on the south side of the property.
