FAIRVIEW RECREATION COMPLEX GRAND RE-OPENING SET FOR SATURDAY, OCTOBER 26

 

Williamson County Parks and Recreation (WCPR) invites the public to attend the grand re-opening of the Fairview Recreation Complex, 2714 Fairview Blvd. on Saturday, October 26. The festivities will begin at 10:00 a.m. with a ribbon cutting and dedication by Williamson County Mayor Rogers Anderson, Williamson County Parks and Recreation Director Gordon Hampton and other dignitaries.  Following the ribbon cutting, the facility will be open until 2:00 p.m. for facility tours, group fitness demonstrations and fun activities. There will also be raffles and giveaways throughout the facility; as well as, registration available for a variety of youth and adult programs and classes.

During the re-opening event, WCPR will offer a 25% discount on the purchase of any annual pass and a Buy One Get One Free promotion on the purchase of any Monthly Premium Pass (only one per person) at the Fairview location. Standard passes provide individuals and families unlimited use of our state-of-the-art wellness centers, gymnasiums, fitness equipment and other facility amenities. Standard Annual Passes are $175 for a single adult; $250 for a family; $185 family senior (55+); and $125 for a single youth (13-17) or a single senior (55+) pass.

Premium passes are an all-inclusive pass with unlimited use of our state-of-the-art wellness centers, gymnasiums, fitness equipment and other facility amenities, PLUS unlimited group fitness and indoor cycling classes. Premium monthly rates are just $35 for a single adult; $55 for a family pass; $30 for youth (ages 13-17) and seniors (55+); and $45 for a senior family monthly pass. Premium Annual Passes are $315 for a single adult; $495 for a family; $405 family senior (55+); and $270 for a single youth (13-17) or a senior (55+). Non Williamson County residents can purchase a pass for an additional $10 per month or $100 annually. 

After the grand re-opening event, the Fairview facility will remain open for regular facility use from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., free of charge; and the day will end with our free community event Sirens and Sweets being held in the facility parking lot.  Wear your Halloween costume and Trick or Treat with local EMS vehicles. Bring the family to meet first responders and see ambulances, fire trucks and other emergency vehicles up-close.  The event will also feature music, a bounce house, games and lots of fun!  Plus, food trucks will be on site offering concessions for purchase. 

Beginning Sunday, October 27, 2019, the facility’s hours of operation will expand to the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
