Hats, Hats & More Hats

O’More College does it again with its first annual Mad Hatter Tea Party for charity!
Saturday April 4th, debuted the opening of O’More’s new tea room.

A silent auction featured beautiful vintage hats to help raise money for scholarships. Guests meandered around the lawns of the prestigious Abbey Leix Mansion, sipping cocktails and showcasing their early spring chapeaux.

Polaroids were snapped of attendees and their hats to be judged by a panel, including Guest of Honor and Nashville-based Fashion designer, Justine Sylvie. The best hat in three categories were chosen.  Minimal Miss, for the hat say that says “less is more”, Dramatic dame, and Quintessential Queen- the hat straight out of wonderland.

Winner of the Quintessential Queen, Keisha Hay O’more’s very own student,  received a desirable black silk and Swarovski crystal hat that was designed by Justine Sylvie.

Justine Sylvie originals were spotted atop the heads of several ladies present. The designer is noted for custom-made evening gowns, lingerie, and stage wear for the music industry.  Her work has been seen in charity events hosted at The Frist, the annual Star Gala, private showings, and J. McLaughlin in the Hill Center.
