TAEKWONDO – MPact Martial Arts
People of any age (4 to 104) or physical condition may participate as this Martial Arts program is designed to gradually bring the beginner into a high level of physical well being. Parents find that self-defense, attention to detail; increased confidence and self-esteem are the most important results of their child’s association with Tae Kwon Do.

YOGA BASICS
In Yoga Basics, you will learn to practice fundamental poses with steadiness and joy.  This class is appropriate for adults in general good health who have previously taken an Introduction to Yoga class here or elsewhere. Please bring a yoga mat to class.

Intro to Yoga-Beginners
This step-by-step introducation builds strength and flexibility, opens your shoulders and hips, and provides plenty of opportunities to ask questions! Tai Chi Chuan – Introductory Class
This beginning adult class introduces you to an ancient Chinese healing art and exercise.  Tai Chi Chuan is a method of exercise and breathing which helps achieve a state of relaxation and healthy immune system.  This form of exercise improves muscle tone, balance, and flexibility.  Millions of people worldwide practice Tai Chi each day which makes it one of the most popular form of exercise.  FREE class for new students on January 12th 6:00pm to 6:45pm.
