Heritage Foundation Announces 2019 Patron Award Winner

FRANKLIN, Tenn. – The Heritage Foundation of Williamson County, Tenn. hosted its annual Heritage Ball Sponsor Party, Presented by Pinnacle Financial Partners on Thursday, Sept. 12 and honored the 2019 Patron Award winner Pam Chandler. To select the Patron Award honoree, nominees are selected and voted upon by the Heritage Foundation board of directors. Now in its 44th year, the Heritage Foundation Patron Award recognizes an individual or organization that has shown exceptional leadership and made significant contributions to historic preservation efforts in Williamson County.

“As a member and vice president of the board, Pam Chandler has made outstanding contributions to the Heritage Foundation over the past six years,” says David Garrett, President of the Board of Directors. “From serving as a member ofthe CEO selection committee, to lending her expertise in human resources, to developing new member only events, Pam has devoted countless hours and passion in support of today’s Heritage Foundation.”

The cocktail party, hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Tom Herrington, recognized the multitude of sponsors for this year’s Heritage Ball.The presenting sponsor, Pinnacle Financial Partners, was recognized, along with the presenting sponsor of the Heritage Ball Late Party, Estee Lauder.

Each year, more than 800 guests gather to support and celebrate the work of the organization and to raise funds for future projects. Since 1967, the Heritage Foundation of Williamson County, TN has been dedicated to protecting and preserving Williamson County’s

architectural, geographic and cultural heritage and promoting the ongoing revitalization of downtown Franklin in the context of historic

preservation. Notable projects include The Franklin Theatre, Roper’s Knob, parts of the Franklin battlefield and the Old, Old Jail. The
