MARCH PROGRAMS AT TIMBERLAND PARK

Williamson County Parks and Recreation is proud to host ongoing nature programs and events at Timberland Park in Franklin, TN.

March 8: Guided Hike

Join Timberland Park staff on Friday, March 8 at 2:30 p.m. for a guided hike. Topics covered during the hike will range from the native plants and animals to the history of the area. Hike will be one mile in length. The event is free, but registration is required at www.wcparksandrec.com. Registration code: #14255.

March 15: Mammal Pelts

Have you ever wanted to feel how soft an otter’s fur is? Or perhaps you want to pet a coyote. This is your chance to do so safely! Come out to the park on Friday, March 15 at 4:00 p.m. for a chat about some of Tennessee’s native mammals and also get a chance to feel their pelts. The event is free, but registration is required at www.wcparksandrec.com. Registration code: #14256.
