“For The Love Of Wine” Themed Event Geared Toward Couples and “Galentines” Alike

FRANKLIN, Tenn. —  Puckett’s Boat House will celebrate the season of love with its popular wine and food pairing series “Uncorked” on Tuesday, Feb. 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. Ideal for an intimate date with someone special or a fun ladies’ night out, the event offers guests the opportunity to wine and dine through a delectable four-course meal as A. Marshall Hospitality sommelier Jenn McCarthy shares expertise on the culture and craft behind her selected wine pairings.

“Valentine’s Day is the perfect holiday to celebrate with great food and wine, and we are excited to kick off the 2019 ‘Uncorked’ series with this unique mix of fun and education,” McCarthy said.

The four-course meal will include oysters, fresh garden fruits and vegetables, along with savory proteins like flat iron steak and scallops. Each dish will be paired with a carefully selected wine to complement both the ingredients and the Valentine’s Day theme. The night will come to sweet end with a delicious treat of red velvet cake bites covered in espresso ganache.
