About Puckett’s of Leiper’s Fork
Selected by Rand McNally and USA Today as the number one place to drive and eat in America, Puckett’s of Leiper’s Fork has been an authentic grocery and restaurant serving the community since 1953. This popular destination for locals and tourists serves up a unique dining experience with its mismatched tables and chairs and an eclectic clientele of visitors, farmers, songwriters and music superstars. Purchased by Rob and Shanel Robinson in 2008, they have expanded the live music offerings and sound quality at the establishment and received numerous awards for their incredible menu. Puckett’s has been awarded Sizzle Awards for all of the following: Best Catering, Best Meat n’ Three, Best Value, Best Live Entertainment, Best Burger, Best Breakfast, Favorite Retail Merchant and Best Business Lunch. Puckett’s food and events have been featured in all of the following: BBQ Magazine, Country Living, Garden & Gun, New York Times, Southern Living, Tennessee Crossroads, USA Today and Washington Post. The Robinson’s purchased this attraction from Andy Marshall who took this original location and replicated its offerings by opening, since his purchase in 1998, locations in Franklin, Nashville, Columbia and Chattanooga. The Puckett’s of Leiper’s Fork stage has welcomed such applauded acts as Rodney Crowell, Billy Ray Cyrus, Phil Everly of The Everly Brothers, Wynonna Judd, Keb’ Mo’, Don Schlitz and Tanya Tucker.
