SPRING YOUTH FENCING CLINIC REGISTRATION

Registration is ongoing for Williamson County Parks and Recreation’s beginner level fencing clinic for coed youth ages 7 to 17. Registration continues through March 1 or until full. The clinic will be held March 5 through April 11, 2019 (excluding Mar. 19 & 21) and will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:15 – 8:15 p.m. at the Indoor Arena at Crockett Park, 1485 Volunteer Pkwy., in Brentwood, TN. The cost is $125 (includes equipment rental for level 1 and 2). Registration code #13243.

Fencing is a modern day equivalent of a sword fight and is one of the fastest growing sports in the county. Clinic participants will learn the rules of the sport, basic footwork and posture, as well as the rules of the sport, scoring, weaponry and safety rules.
